OPTIMA VI

The Optima VI and Optima VIA are another innovative leap forward in the field of PVC profile cutting and machining.

Flexible construction in modular building structur. May be consisting of the following components:

Sawing unit.
Transom milling unit.
PVC 3 or  6 axis- modul.
SBC steel machining unit.
High speed buffer station for up to three profile bars for increased capacity.

The Optima VI may be configured for installations for various demands with regard to processing variety, performance and space requirements. The new concept comprises developments such as new profile system, co- extruded gaskets and new external contours. The window manufacturer benefits from greater flexibility, short cycle times and profile independency.
